North Delta Minor Hockey Association

The N.D.M.H.A. is a member of the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association (PCAHA) located in South Western (Coastal) British Columbia.  North Delta has two municipal ice rinks - the North Delta Rec Centre and Sungod Arena.  The North Delta Rec Centre has one ice hockey surface and a curling rink.  Sungod Arena is a full service arena with full seating and is home to the North Delta Flyers Junior B hockey club.  This is the home ice of most of North Delta's Rep hockey teams.

As well, there is a privately owned hockey center, Great Pacific Forum, with four full size rinks located in North Delta at the bottom of the Alex Fraser bridge and Tilbury Ice, just down River Road, between North and South Delta, giving North Delta residents plenty of opportunity to lace up.

The NDMHA is a small association, but offers North Delta hockey players the opportunity to play Triple A (AAA) hockey.  Tryouts start in August and the season runs September through March.

The A1 teams in various levels from Atom through Midget are named 'Sundevils' and the B1 teams are named 'Sundemons'.  At the Juvenile level, the top team is called the 'Sungods'.

The population of North Delta is not great enough to offer an B2 team at any level.  North Delta does not offer a separate female league, but encourages girls to join and play as members of the N.D.M.H.A.
